Refund Policy (Limited Releases / All Sales Final)

Limited releases — all sales final

Blizzard Luck releases items in limited quantities. For that reason, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges, except as expressly stated below or where required by applicable law.

Damages, defects, or wrong item

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours of delivery if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. If your claim is approved, we will make it right with a replacement (if available) or another appropriate resolution.

Non-returnable items

Because all sales are final for limited releases, we do not accept returns for any items, including sale items and gift cards.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size and the item is still available, you may place a new order.

European Union 14-day cooling off period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without a justification.

To be eligible, the item must be unworn/unused, in original condition, with tags, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective/damaged or the wrong item was sent.

Refunds (EU only, if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days (bank processing times may vary).
